During your Garden Design Consultation, you get a 1.5 hour visit to your home by our company’s founder and professional garden consultant Hilary Madsen, which includes:
A site and sun analysis to locate the best location for your kitchen garden.
Information on which herbs, fruits and veggies you can grow in our region and in your space.
An analysis on irrigation, soil and other environmental concerns.
A discussion on your garden hopes and dreams, the type of garden lifestyle you hope to achieve and a clear plan to make it happen.
An extensive look at the designs and materials that will match your taste and budget.
Tips on watering, our planting seasons and more.
A plan for your turnkey garden installation, which comes with one Bird’s Eye View garden design for gardens up to 150 square feet and a ballpark estimate for installation. If you are happy with the estimate and the plan, we will move to the next phase, which is to prepare your Design Proposal and collect the Design Fee. The amount you’ve paid for this Consultation will be deducted out of the Design Fee. Please read the additional Consultation and Design terms and conditions at the bottom of this page.
Consultation Fee is $190 + Travel fee from southwest Austin (see Policies linked below)
