We are a growing, local business currently seeking help to make more beautiful gardens for our clients throughout Austin and surrounding areas. Positions vary and range from working at your home office to digging in the dirt. You will see a lot of change in our company over the next few years. This is an opportunity for a person with a growth mindset who gets excited to make an impact.

To qualify for any position, you must:

• Be located in the greater Austin area and willing to travel anywhere from Georgetown to Dripping Springs.

• Have a passion for Austin and our fellow Austinites! (And suburbanites!)

• Have a client-focused nature with a passion for creating quality results.

• Have availability for daytime/weekday work.

• Embrace our core values of integrity, respect, positivity, resilience and communication - our schedules are not always consistent, we take jobs big and small, and our needs change fast. All team members should be open and flexible to that change.

• Have a device with the ability to take pictures and use a few applications we use daily.
