WHAT CUSTOMERS SHOULD EXPECT:

Texas Raised Gardens LLC may use clients’ personal contact information and the information of any other individuals provided to Texas Raised Gardens by clients to send estimates, designs, invoices, appointment reminders, company updates or promotions. Clients may receive up to one or two calls, emails or text messages per day during the design-build phases of a project and prior to appointments. Clients may also receive invoice and estimate reminders from time to time on invoices that have not been paid or estimates that have not yet been accepted.

WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT:

Texas Raised Gardens LLC collects client names, addresses, phone number, email address, service history, visit dates, photos and videos of the job site, and project details in the normal course of performing services for the client.

HOW WE USE THE INFORMATION:

Texas Raised Gardens LLC’s employees use the client’s personal contact information to perform services for the client, provide customer support, respond to client concerns or inquiries, send estimates and invoices, send appointment reminders, job reminders and managing the client’s account.

HOW WE STORE AND PROTECT THAT DATA:

To store and protect client information, Texas Raised Gardens LLC uses secure systems with industry-standard safeguards and restricted access.

HOW WE SHARE THE INFORMATION:

Texas Raised Gardens LLC uses third-party payment processors and service partners such as suppliers and sub contractors. In the normal course of providing services and collecting payments from clients, client information may be shared with these partners and companies. Texas Raised Garden LLC will not “sell” client information or share client information with companies or individuals who are not directly connected to the delivery of a specific client project or on-going client services.

CUSTOMER RIGHTS, OPTING OUT OR GETTING HELP:

A minimum of a client’s name, address, and one email address is required to be kept on file in order for Texas Raised Gardens LLC to provide products and services to a client. If a client need to remove or update their information they can do so any time by contacting Texas Raised Gardens LLC at the contact information listed in the first paragraph above.
