Garden Trellises

Trellises add aesthetic appeal and vertical growing space so that you get the most production out of your garden.

With many shapes and sizes available, we believe trellises are an essential element to a thoughtfully designed kitchen garden.

We have created custom trellises thanks to our metal artisans and also offer clients a wide array of off-the-shelf designer options. Made of metal in most cases, sometimes wood, they act as a stunning, perennial fixture in your garden design growing season after growing season.

The three basic shapes are panels, and obelisks, and arches.

Obelisk Trellises.

Adding next-level design appeal, obelisks are a unique element supporting those top-heavy plants such as peppers and kale, obelisks are also a beautiful option for vines with delicate tendrils such as green beans.

Panel Trellises.

Make a statement feature in a border garden against your wall or fence. They offer support for peas, beans, vining spinach, or even smaller tomatoes can be trained to use panel trellises for support.

Arch Trellises.

Often seen as the zenith feature of a dream garden, we like to find a way to include an arch trellis in almost any of our client’s kitchen garden designs. Arches grow any vining plants, but our favorite are the large ones that will grow all the way to the top and over, such as tomatoes and cucumbers.
